Happy Birthday to You

Two nights ago I was so lucky to have a night out to create with my buddy Stasia.  She gave me this really cool idea from a magazine and had to try it.  I used the colors of the week Tempting Turquoise, Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight.

A card for a family friend

Last night I was so lucky to have a stamping night with my buddy Stasia.  It has been months since we got together and just played.  So here is one of the things I created last night.  I need to catch up on my weekly Color Combos, the colors for last week were Sahara Sand, Old Olive, and Concord Crush.   I used last week's Mojo Monday sketch.  I need to created a Sympathy card for a close friend of my in law's.  Thanks for looking.

Teacher's Thank you cards

Ok I have created something similiar to this.  Last year I created this card

and I loved it.  So I figured with all the other project I had going it was easier to create the same card.  I used the Lap of Luxury DSP like I did yesterday. Then I used the owl for a teacher.  Thanks for looking.

Teacher's gift

  I have been seeing these cakes all over the place and had to make one.  They are called nugget cakes.  I got Hershey Nuggets and wrapped them with our DSP Lap of Luxury.  The center circles are strofoam which is cover with Lap of Luxury DSP and then the nuggets are placed around the outside.  On the top of the cake I created some flowers to embellish it.  I am hoping the boys teachers love it.  Thanks for looking.

New In Colors with a Splash of Summer

I created this color to show off the In Colors 12, Wisteria Wonder, Island Indigo, Lucky Limeade, Calypso Coral, and Pool Party.  They have a fresh summery color so I had to use the Summer Splash set.  I used the Mojo Monday from a week or two ago and created a similar card.  Thanks for looking.

Graduation Card

Graduation Cake

Alex's teacher from last year and current tutor's daughter just graduated from Alex's school so I created this cake for her.  I used the Night of Navy because it is the colors of Alex's school.  I wanted the cake to be sparklely so I added pearls.  I then topped the cake with a cute tealight.
