I created this a while ago for my dear Niece.  I used the Petal Cone Sizzix die to create a Pennant with her name.  I used the some of the retired Rich Razzleberry Paper Pack and a bunch of butterflies because that's how I have always decorated items I have always made for her.  I got to use the the Strength and Hope set.  Thanks for looking.
